صدر ضد الشخص تنفيذ تجاري بمبلغ والمبلغ هذا لزوجته السابقة الأولى، وعنده أيضًا نفقة للأبناء من الزوجة السابقة. السؤال:
هل يمكن الدمج بين القضيتين في التنفيذ بحيث يتم التقسيط وأيضًا دفع النفقة شهريًا؟
لأنه في حال سجن الشخص لمبلغ تنفيذ التجاري كيف يكون وضع النفقة وهو في السجن ولا يعمل؟

س: مساء الخير،
توجد ضدي قضية جزائية "تهمة خيانة أمانة" وأثبت الخبير المحاسبي المُعيّن من المحكمة أن الشركة لم تقدِّم دليلاً على أن المتهم اختلس أي مبالغ مالية.
حصلت على حكم ابتدائي بالسجن والغرامة، واستأنفت الحكم فتم تخفيضه إلى 20 ألف وقدمت على طعن، ولكن رُفض الطعن.
هل توجد أي حلول أخرى لإثبات برائتي أو تقديم التماس أو إعادة نظر؟

س: لقد رفع أحد الموظفين لديّ قضية ضدي. لقد خسرت القضية.
الموظف يُطالب بالحصول على 54,000/ - درهم في المحكمة. لقد أصدرت محكمة دبي حكمًا ضدي. لقد قدمت استئناف "التماس إعادة النظر - وزارة العمل" ولكنني خسرته أيضًا.
أريد تقديم الاستئناف مرة أخرى لرفع قضية ضد الموظف حيث أنه قام بتزوير توقيعي وكان راتبه 2700 درهم إماراتي / - ولقد تم دفع كافة الرواتب المستحقة له بينما هو يدعي أنه دفع 50,000 درهم إماراتي على أساس انها نفقات للشركة.
