They have given me the offer letter at the start which is signed by both. I manage to resign without serving my notice period so I didn't get my gratuity and I have given them all the documents and the cancellation required for the process of my new visa. Today it's more than one month and no visa processed yet. I have consumed all the legal days of staying in the UAE. And yesterday I called them and simply they said that they don't have money to process my visa. Is there anything I can do about this? I was having a happy life here. Now I lost my job and I have no more time to stay, I start to have penalties for my staying in Dubai.
