I have an execution case for cheque bounce and got the visa for a job I found. Can I come back?
Hello,
I currently have an execution case (status reserved) for a bounced cheque (less than 300K). I found a job in Dubai as I want to pay back my debts.
My future employer applied for an employment visa and I received the approved visa from the authorities today.
Does it mean that I can safely travel?
Or I will be detained at the airport?
I'm confused.
Thank you.

The visa approval does not mean that you can enter the UAE.
If you have a case in your name and if it is not cleared from the system, you will be deported or arrested.
It is advisable to check the travel ban and possible arrest warrants and clear the records before you arrive here.
