I need to go to my country for treatment. Do I have the right for a flight ticket?

If the same has been mentioned in your contract, then you are entitled to receive it.

If they are not willing to provide so, you can submit a complaint to the Ministry of Labor over the phone 80060 or the website.

According to the UAE federal labour law, you are only entitled to the repatriation ticket to your home country upon the termination of your employment contract.

So you may ask your company to provide you with a ticket on an amicable basis or to borrow the payment of the tickets from your company as to repay its price from your salary after you come back from your leave.
