I lost money and opportunities due to a failed immigration process. What can I do?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I applied for Canada immigration in August 2020 and paid 4,000 AED for the process, with a guaranteed 100% refund if they couldn't get me immigration.
To date, nothing has happened. When I asked for a refund, they said they could only give me 1,500 AED.
I lost money, time, and opportunities in other areas due to this immigration process.
Can I get my money back as promised in the contract, along with compensation for their lies?

There are two options that can be done for you:
(i) Lawyers to serve a legal notice and follow up with the other party consistently to settle the matter; or
(ii) To consult a lawyer and file a case in the court of the relevant jurisdiction.
