س: لقد قدمت استقالتي في 4 فبراير بسبب مشكلة تأخر الراتب و وافقت الإدارة على أن يكون موعد تسليم الراتب اليوم الخامس عشر من كل شهر أو قبله.
بناءً على ذلك، قمت بسحب استقالتي، و لكن، مازلت أواجه نفس مشكلة التأخير. و اليوم قمت بتقديم شكوى في العمل والعمال. كل ما أطلبه هو أن أترك العمل دون فرض غرامة.
أنا مستعد للتضحية بكل المتأخرات و التسويات من الشركة. علمت 9 شهور على عقد محدد المدة. كل ما أريده هو ترك العمل بدون حرمان في أسرع وقت ممكن.
طلبت مني دائرة العمال الانتظار لمدة 10 أيام للحصول على الراتب، و إذا لم يحدث ذلك، سيتابعون في الإجراءات. قد يدفعوا راتب هذا الشهر فقط بناءً على الشكوى التي قدمتها.
ماذا عن الأشهر القادمة؟ هل يجب أن أقدم شكوى في دائرة العمال كل شهر؟
برجاء اقتراح لحل هذه المشكلة و إلغاء العقد بدون فرض حرمان من العمل لمدة سنة.

الموضوع: التبعات القانونية للاستقالة من عقد عمل محدد المدة
ذهب أخو جاري في وقت سابق إلى دبي للعمل في فندق لمدة شهرين. قرر الاستقالة من عمله بسبب ظروف العمل وعدم الحصول على راتب مناسب.
عندما أبلغ صاحب العمل بهذا، أخبره إنه يجب عليه دفع 4500 درهم وتذكرة السفر الخاصة به قبل المغادرة. إنه من بيئة فقيرة للغاية، ولهذا السبب قبل براتب 900 درهم.
لكنه يحصل في الواقع 750 درهم فقط من دون طعام. نحتاج إلى دعمك اللطيف لمساعدته على العودة إلى الهند.

Resignation because of delaying salary and deducting visa costs in that case

Q: Dear Sir,
I am working in an engineering company in the UAE. The company is not paying the salary in time; there is a delay of 2 months.
My joining date is April 2019. I resigned and asked them to release me by 10th November by giving a notice of 21 days. (resigned in the 7th month).
In my offer letter, it is written that if I resign within 1 year, I have to bear the visa and ticket costs. Since I am resigning due to a salary delay of 2 months, can I claim that I should not be deducted the amount of Visa and tickets?
Kindly clarify!

My employer did not provide me with medical insurance and refused sick leaves. What can I do?

Q: Hello,
I've been working for this company for a little over a year now, and my employer hasn't provided me with medical insurance yet. Since I have chronic asthma, I used to take leaves to rest my body and get better.
I wasn't able to get sick leaves except for two occasions (in which I've paid for one and one has been reimbursed).
Last week I noticed that 1000 was deducted from my salary. I went to talk to my employer and told him that it was unfair because due to not having medical insurance, this was the outcome of the situation.
He told me that I have till March to find another job and made it seem as if he was doing me a favor. I know I have the right to have insurance and he is breaking the law.
What could be done in this case?
Though I've wanted to avoid this route, the unfairness is too much.

How can we claim our money back if the cheque we received have bounced for insufficient funds? 0
We received a cheque which has now bounced. We have tried for over a month and a half now to get a new cheque from the person, and every day he says the next day.
We need the money now. We have been to the police station, and they said they can not do anything as the reason the cheque bounced is "Insufficient funds."
We have been to Al Barsha - Dubai Courts, and they said there is nothing they can do about it.
We are not sure what we can do. We need the money asap to pay our kids' school fees, let alone all the interest we have lost.
