Q: My company refused to increase my salary after an agreement with them.
The agreement was held in July last year 2022, and now they said that they will increase it from March this year 2023.
Although the agreement was through a phone call, I have the voice record of the agreement.

س: أعمل بشركة هندسية منذ بداية عام 2014، وقد تلقيت إشعارًا من الشركة بإنهاء عقدي في منتصف 2017 – (بعد أكثر من 3 أعوام من الخدمة).
كان الراتب بأكمله مع بدل السكن والتنقلات 20.000 درهم ولدي تقسيم البدلات (الراتب الأساسي، بدل السكن، وبدل الانتقالات).
بعد ذلك، قامت الشركة بزيادة مرتبي ليصبح 30.000 درهم، وبدأ صاحب العمل يحول هذا المبلغ إلى حسابي البنكي دون مراجعة العقد وكشف الراتب والبدلات.
كذلك، لم يقم صاحب العمل بتحديث عقد العمل وإضافة الراتب الجديد إليه، مما سبب غموضًا في حساب مكافأة نهاية الخدمة. قمت بتقديم شكوى إلى وزارة العمل للحصول على إرشادهم في كيفية الحصول على حقوقي.
ما هي أفضل طريقة لتحديد راتبي الأساسي، وبدل السكن، وبدل التنقل من المبلغ الكلي، حيث أن هذه المعلومات غامضة الآن؟

Claiming benefits from employer according to the last salary paid

Q: Dear Sir,
I want to ask a question.
I am currently working in a small workshop that includes 10 workers. My employer made my salary in the labour contract AED 700 per month, but after one year I got a driving license and he increased my salary to AED 2000.
Now I have no proof that he increased my salary, but I have salary card that mentions AED 2000. If I file a case in the labour court that he did not give me my salary for the last 4 months, then which salary does the court count, 700 or 2000?

Q: Hello,
I currently work for an American company based out of the US, but my contract is through a legal entity in the UAE.
I received a salary increase last December. I had to sign a salary increase document. I have been getting paid that salary since. Now the company has a registered entity in the UAE.
While they were reviewing the financials to transfer our contracts from the current local entity to the new one, HR claims they made a mistake, stating that I have been overpaid. They are asking me to revert to my previous salary and pay back the extra money I received.
I have the signed contracts and the emails where they are admitting that error.
Note that the new salary has been submitted to the involuntary loss of job insurance, and I have also applied for a bank loan using the new salary, providing certificates from my current local employer with that salary to secure the loan.

Can the owner of a company escape if there is a cheque execution and travel ban on him? 0
I raised a cheque execution case against a company and its owner and won. There is a travel ban on him. I was receiving installments for three months and now he stopped paying.
The court after request summoned him. In total, he paid only 30% of the owed money. I found that his company license is expired and also in the month his visa will expire.
Does he have any option to avoid payment?
Please note he was deceived by showing no money in his bank account and no assets in his name but he is running multiple businesses.
Also a month ago, he tried to convince me to lift the travel ban but I refused to do so. But he submitted a guarantee and left UAE.
Now the status shows he is back in the UAE and the travel ban imposed again. But after that, he stopped payment.
Is there a 1% chance of him not paying me the remaining money?
Is there a way he can leave the country through the Amnesty program or any of this sort?
