How to cancel UAE visa from outside the UAE after resignation?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I resigned from my Dubai Media City Freezone company because it failed to operate for 7 months. It had no office, and it did not pay me on time. I was emotionally very affected, so I resigned after consulting MOHRE.
After I resigned, my employer asked me to go on a one-month vacation, assuring me that the project would soon operate and requesting that I withdraw my resignation.
I thought this was fine, but he took my Emirates ID before I departed from Dubai. Now, he is neither canceling my visa nor sending me the necessary documents to return and find other opportunities.
What do I do now? How can I cancel my visa from outside the UAE?

Dear Sir/Madam,
If there was a labor contract, then you need to come back, resign, and serve the notice period.
After the notice period, file a complaint with MOHRE to cancel your visa and ask for your dues, if any.
You must come back to formally cancel your visa. If there is no document for a leave application, it is possible that your sneaky employer must have filed an absconding case against you.
