Termination due to company restructuring. What should an employee get?
Hi,
I have received an employment termination letter due to company restructuring.
This was done without prior notice, and I am currently completing a one-month grace period. I have not used any of my annual leave, and I have been working here for nine months.
Could you please let me know what sort of compensation I am supposed to receive?

I understand from your question that your company terminated you arbitrarily due to restructuring without notice.
Since the restructuring is not a valid reason for terminating an employee, you are entitled to a two-day leave allowance for each month + one month's salary as notice pay + compensation for arbitrary termination of up to three months' salary + a return ticket or its equivalent + any outstanding salaries + an experience certificate.
