When I received a message from the bank with an OTP, knowing that I did not initiate the transaction, I immediately called the bank to block the card. They asked me to file a dispute, which I did, and they assured me that the transaction would be stopped since the card was blocked. Unfortunately, two days later, on October 19, 2020, the money was deducted from my account. After the acquisition, the bank advised me to fill out the dispute forms again and file a police report, which I did. I have kept all records from day one until now, which has been almost 2.5 years. However, the bank is now sending me an email about imposing a travel ban and a civil case.
