أود أن أعرف كيف يمكنني معرفة ما إذا كانت شركة التمويل قد فتحت قضية ضدي؟
هل هناك إمكانية أن يقبض علي إذا استفسرت في أقرب مركز للشرطة، إذا كانت الشركة قد فتحت قضية ضدي؟
للأسف لم أسدد قرض وبطاقة ائتمان منذ 11 شهرًا بسبب مشاكل مالية.
لهذا السبب أريد أن أعرف ما إذا كانوا قد فتحوا قضية ضدي بالفعل، وآمل أن تتمكنوا من مساعدتي في هذا الأمر.

س: مرحبًا سيدي،
يواجه أحد أصدقائي المشاكل التالية. كيف يمكنه تسوية هذه المشاكل؟
1- تجاوز مدة الإقامة المحددة لسنتين.
2- قضية مع البلدية حيث فقد وظيفته ودخل المستشفى لمدة شهر تقريبًا.
3- قرض بنكي.
4- بعض البطاقات الائتمانية.
في الوقت الحالي ليس لديه وظيفة لاستئناف السداد. كما أنه مريض جدًا وغير قادر على المشي حاليًا. ليس لديه أي موارد مالية لسداد أيًا مما سبق.
ما هي أفضل طريقة لتسوية قضيته؟ هل يمكنه تسليم نفسه إلى الشرطة؟
سيكون من الجيد تقديم المساعدة لنا في هذا الوقت الصعب للغاية.

I have a debt for an online shopping company in the UAE of around AED 2800 and they have informed me that it is a clear violation of the UAE Civil Transaction Law (5)1985.
I'm trying my best to pay the amount but I want to know about this law sentence and what will happen if I get delayed in paying.

I have leased out a shop in Dubai, but due to huge financial losses and my husband's job loss, I can't afford to pay the rent. Meanwhile, my landlord has filed a case for eviction and payment of rent.
