Will the court accept the appeal of the employer if the claim is less than the allowed limit?

I have won my labor case against my employer of 10 thousand dirhams.

But now they have filed for an appeal and I have also been notified to attend a hearing for the appeal case.

How can an appeal be made when the claim is less than 20000?

And what will happen in the hearing?

Do I have to submit further documents?

The law does not prevent the one who lost the case from appealing, even if the appeal was invalid.

And the court will rule on the inadmissibility of the appeal in your case.

You have to attend and submit the defending memorandum, but the judge will dismiss the appeal only if there is a forgery in documents.
