Can I terminate my contract for no overtime pay and no day off?

If I am working more than 8 hours a day without overtime pay or any day off, can I terminate my contract with the employer?

Hello,

Yes, you can terminate the work on your part due to the employer's violation of his obligations, but it is required that you inform the Human Resources Ministry first and leave 14 days to rectify the situation.

I advise you to send a warning to the employer before leaving work, and then file a case against him to demand to work additional hours.
