هل هناك أي مسائلة قانونية لإنشاء مشروع تجاري؟ وهل يمكنني التواصل مع عملائي الحاليين بشأن العمل الجديد؟

تحويل أموال الأعمال التجارية من الإنترنت إلى الحساب الخاص
س: مرحبًا،
لدي سؤال يتعلق بالأعمال التجارية.
لقد أسست شركة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة (مكتب فلكسي"Flexi" في المنطقة الحرة). النشاط التجاري هو التجارة الإلكترونية. لقد سجلت النشاط التجاري وحصلت على تأشيرة مستثمر إماراتي، ولكن عندما حاولت فتح حساب مصرفي، واجهت الكثير من الصعوبات.
بينما كنت أنتظر فتح الحساب المصرفي (الأمر الذي استغرق أربعة شهور ولكن رفض موظف البنك فتح حساب مصرفي)، قمت بفتح حساب تاجر مع تلر.
لقد بدأت في قبول استقبال المدفوعات من عملائي عبر الإنترنت، والآن لدي أموال في حساب التاجر يمكن سحبها وتحويلها إلى حساب مصرفي خاص بالأعمال التجارية في دولة الإمارات (كما ذكرت سابقًا، ليس لدي حساب مصرفي خاص بالأعمال التجارية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة).
لذلك، اتصلت بالبنك وسألت عما إذا كان بإمكانهم تحويل الأموال إلى حسابي المصرفي الشخصي خارج دولة الإمارات (حسابي المصرفي الأمريكي أو حسابي المصرفي الروسي).
ولكنهم ذكروا أنه لا يمكنهم تحويل الأموال إلى حسابي المصرفي خارج دولة الإمارات بسبب قواعد مصرف الإمارات المركزي. هل يمكنك أن تقترح علي ماذا يمكنني أن أفعل في هذه الحالة؟

أمتلك شركة في أبو ظبي بالكامل، أي أنني أمتلك 100% من أسهمها كما هو موضح في رخصتي التجارية. تحتوي رخصتي التجارية على اسم وكيل الخدمة الإماراتي بصفته كفيل. لكنه ليس مالكًا ولا شريكًا ولا مديرًا.
وعندما ذهبت إلى البنك لفتح حساب للشركة، طلب مني الموظف نسخة من جواز السفر وبطاقة الهوية الإماراتية الخاصة بالوكيل الإماراتي. هل هذا إجباري، على الرغم من أن الوكيل ليس مالكًا ولا شريكًا ولا مديرًا بالشركة؟ لماذا لا يقوم البنك بفتح حساب للشركة باستخدام معلوماتي الشخصية فقط؟
قمت بتقديم عقد موثق مع وكيل الخدمة الإماراتي للبنك، لكنهم يصرون على أن أحضر نسخة من جواز السفر وبطاقة الهوية الإماراتية الخاصة بالوكيل.

Can I hold the delivery of goods to a buyer outside the UAE if he defaulted on payment?
I, as a UAE-based Seller, entered a sales agreement with a KSA-based Buyer. The Buyer defaulted on the LC payment, breaching the contract.
The goods are stuck at the port as they need original documents, which I am holding to recover the outstanding balance.
They later made a partial payment but now threaten to cash the PBG (UAE bank) I provided if don't release the document.
The contract mandates DIAC arbitration but lacks a governing law clause. I need advice on:
1. Which law applies to this dispute?
2. Where can I seek an injunction to prevent PBG encashment, given the Buyer’s bad faith and breach? Or should I send a letter to their bank with the brief above?

Hello,
My landlord issued an eviction notice stating an intention to sell.
He has since sold the property before the eviction date, and now the new owner intends to use the old notice to evict me and re-rent the apartment at a higher rate.
Is this allowed?
