س: أنا موظف في شركة بر رئيسي في دبي. فزت بدعوى عمالية جزئية بقيمة 145000 درهم إماراتي ثم قدمت الشركة استئنافًا ورفضته المحكمة. حصلت على الحكم النهائي وقدمت تنفيذًا عماليًا. أرسلت المحكمة إشعارًا مدته 15 يومًا وقد انقضت وقدمت شركتي التماسًا لمراجعة دعوى العمل الرئيسية، وفي الجلسة الأخيرة طلبت مني المحكمة الرد، وهو ما سأقدمه. سؤالي: كم مرة يمكن للشركة الاستئناف بهذه الطريقة؟ وما احتمالات رفض المحكمة للالتماس كذلك والالتزام بآخر حكمين أصدرتهما المحكمة؟

س: تقع شركتي في أبو ظبي وقد تم إنهاء بعض العمال في دبي العام الماضي (سبتمبر وأكتوبر ونوفمبر 2018). لقد ذهبنا نحن العمال إلى وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين 4 مرات، حضرنا مرتين فقط مسؤول العلاقات العامة للشركة. وبما أن الشركة لم تكن تريد تسوية مكافأة نهاية الخدمة أو حتى الرواتب، فقد تم إحالة المسألة إلى المحكمة. لم تدفع الشركة الرواتب للموظفين منذ شهر مايو. حكمت المحكمة لأول شخصين / ثلاثة أشخاص ولم تقدم الشركة أي طعن على الحكم. وحتى بعد مرحلة التنفيذ، فإن الشركة لا تدفع أموال لهؤلاء العمال. بالنسبة لبعض العمال، بدأت الشركة في إرسال محامين وماطلت في الجلسات واستأنفت الحكم مرتين مما أدى إلى تأخير الأمور. لم تكن الحالة الصحية لأحد العمال جيدة وقدم مستندات إلى المحكمة بعدم لياقته طبيًا ولكن لم يحدث شيء حتى الآن. الشركة لها فرع في دبي وهؤلاء يعملون في فرع دبي. كيف يمكن تحصيل الأموال؟  

Q: I am here for some help with a labor appeal case in Dubai Courts. My employer failed to pay my final settlement and last month's wages, so I filed a lawsuit in a Dubai court. The court generated a judgment in my favor after hearing my case. I moved on with the execution, and the Dubai court sent me an email that read something like this: "The authorities must take the initiative to implement this bond and take action according to it, and they must help to implement it, even if it is forced when asked to do so. The judge's decision will be implemented within five working days." Yet for the following 15 days, nothing happened. Please help

Q: Hi there, I have a labor case that has been ruled in my favor. I filed an execution case & the employer paid the outstanding balance to the court. I requested disbursement and this has been accepted. I have given the court my IBAN & account info. How long does disbursement take? Thanks

Q: Hi. The court ruled on my labor case AED 12900 on 27 Dec 2023. On 11 Jan 2024 after the Final Ruling, I filed to enforced execution. My employer has deposited 10900 holding 2000. Every time I visit Al Adheed Center they use to say It's under process or I have to refile paying AED 30. Still, I haven't received any amount until now. What should I do to get the amount?

Q: I have an ongoing labor case which is currently in the execution phase and the court has already received the pending amount. The final judgment came on May 3rd, so I want to understand when can I expect to get the amount and how long I am eligible to stay in UAE. I am still on my employer's visa. What if I cancel the visa, is there any grace period in this situation or that would have been exhausted by now?

Q: Good day, How long does it take for the money from the Dubai Court Treasury to be transferred to the appellant’s IBAN account after a request in Commercial Execution? It has been one month since the payment from the bank was transferred to the treasury, and six days since I requested that amount to be transferred to me.
