س: سيدتي العزيزة، لدي قضية معلقة للمطالبة بالحصول على راتبي أمام محكمة العمل بأبو ظبي ومن المقرر أن تكون الجلسة الثانية يوم 6 أبريل 2020. لدي عرض عمل جديد، كيف يمكنني الالتحاق بالوظيفة الجديدة؟ لقد طلب مني قسم الموارد البشرية بالشركة الانضمام للعمل على الفور بسبب الظروف الحالية الناتجة عن فيروس كورونا. كيف يمكنني إلغاء تأشيرة العمل الخاصة بي والانضمام إلى الوظيفة الجديدة؟ ستنتهي صلاحية تأشيرتي في 26 يونيو. يرجى الإجابة.

دخول دولة الإمارات بتأشيرة عند الوصول بعد إلغاء تأشيرة الإقامة
س: مرحبًا، أحتاج حقًا إلى المساعدة في الحصول على إجابة دقيقة لهذا السؤال البسيط لأنني ما زلت أحصل على آراء مختلفة! كان لدى والدي تأشيرة مستثمر في إمارة دبي بدولة الإمارات. انتهت تأشيرة المستثمر الخاصة به العام الماضي. أكمل محاميه إجراءات الإلغاء الرسمية بعد انتهاء صلاحية التأشيرة. كان والدي كفيلي بموجب تأشيرته (كانت لديّ تأشيرة إقامة وليس تأشيرة عمل). وكنت خارج دبي عندما انتهت صلاحية تأشيراتنا. نظرًا لأن والدي ألغي تأشيرته رسميًا بعد انتهاء صلاحيتها، هل يجب عليّ فعل أي شيء من جانبي؟ هل يمكنني في الوقت الحالي دخول دولة الإمارات بتأشيرة عند الوصول بصفتي مواطن كندي أم يجب عليّ اتخاذ خطوات إضافية قبل الدخول؟ إذا كان الأمر كذلك، فهل تقدمون خدمات لمساعدتي في هذا الأمر؟ شكرًا لك.
