س: أنا مسلمة فلبينية وزوجي مصري مسلم. تزوجنا في القنصلية المصرية بدبي.
اكتشفت أن زوجي يخونني منذ شهر يناير 2020 وأكد لي أنها زوجته الجديدة (لست متأكدة مما إذا كانا متزوجان أم لا).
منذ ذلك الحين طلبت منه الطلاق. في شهر أكتوبر، اعترف بأنه غير متزوج من تلك المرأة وأخبرني أنه يريد العودة لي.
رفضت ذلك لأنني قررت بالفعل إنهاء زواجنا. لقد كان يؤذيني ويعذبني نفسيًا لذلك وصلت إلى هذه المرحلة. إنه يعطل إجراءات طلاقنا لذلك أريد أن أجبره على إنهاء هذا الأمر في أسرع وقت ممكن.
أسئلتي هي:
1. ما هي أسهل طريقة لإنهاء إجراءات طلاقنا بسرعة؟ هل يجب الطلاق بالتراضي؟ أم يجب عليّ رفع قضية طلاق بسبب خيانته؟
2. ما الفرق بين الطلاق في المحكمة والطلاق في القنصلية المصرية بدبي؟ لأنني أريد إضفاء الصفة القانونية على طلاقنا في الدول الثلاث (مصر والفلبين والإمارات).
شاغلي الوحيد حاليًا هو إنهاء إجراءات الطلاق في أسرع وقت ممكن حتى أتمكن من العيش بشكل طبيعي مرة أخرى.

Can I file a case against a friend for privacy breach if he claimed I scolded him for his act?
On Jan 2, 2025, one of my close friends did a privacy breach and recorded me and my van in some specific place.
On Feb 5, when I called and asked him why he did this to me, he went and gave a complaint that I scolded him and threatened him.
The same case was later closed by the PP when we negotiated outside the station and apologized.

I have been here for 3 years now and paid the increased amount (as per the agreement) for the 4th year.
However, the landlord did not send me back the signed contract, although I have both made the payment for the full year via bank transfer and sent my signed contract to him.
I need to renew my Ejari; however, how can I do it without the landlord's signature?

I bought a property that was tenanted. However, the tenant absconded and claims he handed it over to the previous owner. I was never informed of this by either the tenant or the landlord.
The landlord’s failure to hand over the property has caused us significant issues. We also purchased the house for its good rental yield, and it feels like some kind of scam.

هل يستطيع صاحب العمل أن يضر العامل إذا كان جواز السفر بحوزته؟
السلام عليكم،
حصلت على عرض عمل براتب أكبر من الحالي وأرسلته للكفيل بالواتس وأحضرته معي بالشركة والكاميرات سجلت كل شيء.
رفض توقيعه بالقبول أو الرفض وأخبرني أنه يريد نصف تكاليف الإقامة التي دفعها من قبل حيث دفعت أنا نصف تكاليف الإقامة فقط وهو دفع النصف الآخر.
يحاول الآن إرضائي كي لا أتركه برفع راتبي الحالي، وقد أظهر لي سماحة في التعامل حتى فاتني عرض العمل الذي حصلت عليه.
بعد أيام طلب مني الاحتفاظ بجواز السفر معه، فهل يستطيع إلحاق الضرر بي حين يكون معه جواز السفر الخاص بي أو يستطيع التعميم علي في أي وقت؟
الزملاء بالشركة يؤكدون أنه غدر بأكثر من شخص كان يعمل معهم عندما شعر منهم بالرغبة في ترك العمل والذهاب لغيره.

مرحبًا!
لدي شركة تأجير معدات بناء، وقد استأجرت إحدى الشركات معدات من شركتي ولكن لم تسدد مبالغ التأجير بعد أن أنجزت أعمالها وأعادت المعدات.
لدي مستندات تُثبت ذلك مثل طلب تأجير صادر عن الشركة المستأجرة وإيصال استلام المعدات الذي يوضح المبالغ المتفق عليها بالإضافة إلى مراسلات عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
ما الطريق القانوني لتحصيل المبالغ المستحقة؟ هل هو أمر أداء أم دعوى تجارية؟
