I have given my brother a full power of attorney (POA) in Dubai to carry out all transactions on my behalf, including property transactions. The POA was created three years ago. Can he carry out the property purchase and registration process on my behalf with a three-year-old POA? There is no expiry date mentioned on the POA, but I have heard that POAs are generally valid for two years only. Appreciate your advice!
