Q: Hi! If I got an awful service in a beauty salon in Dubai. Do I have right to write my feedback about this salon on their Facebook page, Google page or anywhere on social media? If not, then what is the legal way against such bad services and how to warn my friends to avoid this place?

Q: We sold a car on dubizzle and accepted a bankers draft cheque, after 2 weeks we find out from HSBC the bankers draft is fake. It was for 370,000 Dhs, we have registered at the police, but feel nothing has been done. We gave the police a copy of the guys I'd card, they confirmed he has 7 cases against him. CCTV will show him at RTA, why can't the police go to his home or work, I thought an ID card meant they knew where everyone is. The guy is Emarati, how can we get our money back? We know the car has been sold on.

س: السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته السادة الكرام بخبركم سالفة استوت مع شركة تقنية متخصصة في تصميم المواقع و التطبيقات. تعاقدنا وياهم على اساس يسوون لنا تطبيق ذكي لفكرة تجارية. ووقعنا العقد واشترطوا دفع مقدم، واعطيناهم. العقد تم من شهر 4 - 2017 بس للحين ما سووا شي ولا شفنا شيء. كل مرة يماطلون و يتهربون لين اختفوا و كنسلوا تلفوناتهم. المعطيات اللي عندي ان الشركة مسجلة في منطقة حرة باحدى الامارات (مادري اذا مسموح احط اسم الامارة). تواصلت مع خدمة عملاء المنطقة الحرة، قالوا لي نعتذر ما نقدر نوفر لك المعلومات لأنك طرف ثالث! طيب انا مستهلك و متضرر منهم، كيف اخذ حقي؟ حاليا قدمت دعوى مدنية بس قسم التدقيق في المحكمة الرئيسية طلب مني اعطاء عنوان كامل للشركة، وهالمعلومات ما اقدر احصلها عن طريق المنطقة الحرة اللي الشركة مسجلة عندهم لأنهم يرفضون التعاون. بالتالي الدعوى معلقة لحين اكمال النواقص. علما ان المبلغ مب بسيط وهالشيء أثر نفسيا علينا. شو الحل؟ طالبين مشورتكم.

س: لقد دفعت لإحدى الشركات 5000 درهم إماراتي عن طريق الإيداع النقدي في حسابهم المصرفي كدفعة أولية مقابل عملٍ لم يقوموا به. لذلك تواصلت معهم لإعادة المبلغ المدفوع وأخبرتهم أنني سأقوم برفع قضية عند الشرطة ضدهم. بدأوا في المماطلة حتى توقفوا عن الرد على هواتفهم وتوقفوا عن الرد على رسائل البريد الإلكتروني، لذلك سألت بعض معارف العمل المشتركين عن عناوينهم أو ما إذا كانوا يعرفون أي شيء عنهم. ولكنني تلقيت بريدًا إلكترونيًا منذ يومين يوضحون فيه أنهم رفعوا دعوى إلكترونية ضدي بتهمة التشهير وغيرها من الدعاوى التي هي محض أكاذيب بالإضافة إلى المطالبة بالحصول على تعويض، وهناك رقم مرجعي للدعوى ... وما إلى ذلك. أريد أن أعرف كيف أتعامل مع هذا الأمر لأن كل اتهاماتهم هي محض أكاذيب، لقد رفعوا هذه الدعاوى للتهرب من دفع مبلغ 5000 درهم. أريد أن أعرف الإجراء والخطوات الواجب اتخاذها لحل هذه المشكلة. شكرًا.
