Safe way to complain about a beauty salon service on social media

Hi!

If I got an awful service in a beauty salon in Dubai. Do I have right to write my feedback about this salon on their Facebook page, Google page or anywhere on social media?

If not, then what is the legal way against such bad services and how to warn my friends to avoid this place?

Dear Questioner,

You can write a review about any service provider you use with no problem.

The legal liability occurs when you write wrong or inaccurate information or use profanity to explain the service or the people and express your negative feelings towards the service or the place or the people working within.

I would advise you to write whatever you want in a very true, subjective, non-emotional and polite manner and you will be problem free.
