سيدي العزيز، لقد اعتبرت الشركة التي أعمل بها منصبي زائدًا عن حاجة العمل بسبب تداعيات فيروس كورونا. إنني أعمل بموجب عقد عمل محدد المدة. لقد أعطوني فترة إشعار مدتها شهر واحد بالإضافة إلى مستحقات نهاية الخدمة. هل يُعد هذا الأمر صحيحًا أم يجب منحي فترة إشعار مدتها ثلاثة أشهر؟ يرجى التوضيح.

Good day, Sir, I have received a message from the Dubai Court stating that a bank has filed a civil case against me. The loan has been pending since February 2019. I cleared the cheque bounce case earlier with a court fine in 2019. I am looking forward to a minimum settlement plan with the bank.
