تم إلغاء تأشيرتي وتأشيرة ابنتي وطلبت من زوجتي العودة إلى الأردن لكنها رفضت وأبقت ابنتي وأخفت جواز سفرها. انا الآن في الأردن.
هل يمكنها رفع قضية طلاق ضدي حتى لو لم أعد في الإمارات؟

س: مرحبًا،
أنا وافدة هندوسية من الهند مقيمة في الإمارات منذ شهر 12 عام 2009 و 2013 حتى الآن، ومتزوجة منذ عام 2009. أحمل تأشيرة عمل وليست تأشيرتي على زوجي.
أنا منفصلة عنه منذ مارس 2018 حتى الآن، ونريد الطلاق بسبب عدم التوافق بيننا. ليس لدينا أطفال أو أملاك أو حسابات مصرفية أو أي مسؤولية كزوجين.
يرجى تقديم المشورة إذا تطلقنا في دولة الإمارات، فهل سيكون معترفًا به في بلدنا الأصلي الهند؟
هل يتعين علينا طلب تطبيق القوانين / الإجراءات الهندية هنا؟

طلب الطلاق بسبب العنف المنزلي
س: أحتاج لاستشارة قانونية عن الطلاق في الإمارات.
أنا مواطنة بيلاروسية غير مسلمة، وزوجي تونسي مسلم. لدينا ابنة عمرها عام ونصف تحمل الجنسية البلاروسية. تم عقد الزواج في تونس، وتم توثيقه في تونس والإمارات وبلاروسيا.
اسم الأب مذكور في شهادة ميلاد ابنتي. عدت إلى بلاروسيا منذ شهر سبتمبر وأقيم بها الآن مع ابنتي.
سوف أسافر إلى الإمارات لمدة أسبوع للمحافظة على صلاحية التأشيرة (6 أشهر)، وسف أعود للعمل من إجازة الأمومة في يوليو.
أرغب في طلب الطلاق من زوجي لأنها مارس العنف المنزلي ضدي، وضربني 3 مرات خلال حملي، وكان يسيئ معاملتني ويشتمني.
هل يمكن لزوجي منع ابنتي من السفر في إبريل عندما أسافر للإمارات بتأشيرة سائح؟ وما هي إجراءات طلب الطلاق في الإمارات؟

How can I renew my Ejari if the landlord hasn’t signed the new contract?
Hi,
I have been here for 3 years now and paid the increased amount (as per the agreement) for the 4th year.
However, the landlord did not send me back the signed contract, although I have both made the payment for the full year via bank transfer and sent my signed contract to him.
I need to renew my Ejari; however, how can I do it without the landlord's signature?
I have all the previous contracts signed by both parties, along with the Ejari for those contracts.
