Double Charged Credit Card
I gave my credit card to the waiter to pay the bill in the restaurant, after that I also added some tips by hand to the same receipt.
When I left the restaurant, I received a message from the bank that I have been billed for triple of the amount of the initial bill.
What should I do? Should I go back to my bank and ask them to investigate, or should I contact the management of this restaurant?

First, you should definitely call the bank to make sure that the amount has been indeed withdrawn from the account/ visa as sometimes you receive the message, however, the transaction is declined.
Second, you should advise the restaurant that this issue happened and that you escalated with the bank to check so that if it appears on the system you have been double/ triple charged, you will ask them to investigate the matter from their end and reimburse you the money.
If the bank confirmed it has been withdrawn three times, ask the bank to provide you with proof of the same (statement of account) and show it to the restaurant so that they may reimburse you.
