You can definitely ignore all marketing calls not just from Etisalat and there is no legal ramification for that.

I am just afraid that maybe they wanted to inform me of smth important about my account and if I will miss a call they can activate or deactivate my account, can it be possible? Or they should duplicate all important notices to my Email address?

I understand your situation, in this case, I advise you contact Etisalat and inform them that the best way for communication would be thru your email address and confirm that they have the right one so that when there is any sort of important notification they would directly send thru email.
