I have labour court case against my Employer for money, passport and original degree.

I just want to go back to my country as soon as possible.

You may appoint a law firm to represent you in this case, once you would get your passport you can go back to your country.

The law firm with a power of attorney from you can represent you before the court and you may authorize the law firm as well to collect the money in case of the judgment issue to your favour and they can transfer the amount to your bank account in your country.
