Can I file a complaint against my husband for his affair and child with another woman?

Q: Good afternoon, I am reaching out for some help as I am in a very distressing situation. My husband and I (both Hindus) moved to Dubai in 2019 from the UK. In 2021, he started having an affair with his work colleague (I cannot confirm her religion as she is from Lebanon) while being married to me. We had to leave Dubai as my husband`s project finished, and we moved back to London at separate times. However, the affair continued while I was alone in the UK. Now they are living together in Dubai, he is still married to me, but recently they had a baby together. To the best of my knowledge, they are unmarried. As the affair started in Dubai and is still continuing, now with a child involved, do I have enough grounds to file a complaint? I have proof of their affair and the baby. My husband has completely neglected me, disrespected the marriage, and put me through emotional abuse and distress. Your advice and suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Protecting doctors from being recorded by patients' relatives without permission

Q: Good morning, I`m a doctor working in a clinic in Dubai. Lately, I`ve been facing the same issue with patients and their relatives. They take out a camera (relatives) and start recording videos of me when I`m checking or explaining to the patient, or sometimes they call someone and keep the line open (not even on speaker) so the relative can listen to what I explain to the patient. In those moments, when I realize what they`re doing, I immediately stop them and ask them to delete/remove it, etc. Some patients act offended even when I tell them they shouldn`t do this, they can`t. Is there any law that protects doctors, or in this case, myself from these kinds of actions? Thanks!

The tenant acknowledged the email and agreed to vacate the property at the end of the contract, so no eviction notice was issued. Now, the property has been sold. The tenant has been reminded about the email exchange but no longer acknowledges it and refuses to leave, claiming it has nothing to do with the new owner. Does the new owner have a claim if they go to the RDC to evict the tenant? Will the email exchange hold in court?

The applicability of the existing contract between the previous owner and tenant to the new owner

Q: Hello, I am buying an apartment to live in. The only problem is that the apartment is currently rented, and the tenant`s contract will end at the end of November. We talked with her, and she is willing to leave earlier. The real estate agent just sent me the contract between the current owner and her, which states that: "The landlord has to submit 60 days` written notice prior to the end of the contract to the tenant to inform them of any changes in the rent or terms and conditions (including vacating notice) of the tenancy contract." So, if I buy this apartment, will the rules stated in the contract between them apply to me as well? In the draft of Contract F, we also wrote that upon the completion of the transfer, the seller undertakes to send a notice directly to the tenant, in accordance with Clause 4.3 of the tenancy agreement, providing a minimum of 60 days` notice. Per Clause 4.3, the tenant is expected to agree to vacate the unit. Could this be enough? Thank you!
