س: تحياتي لكم، بعت أنا وأشقائي عقارًا ورثناه ولكن لدينا أخ يعاني من إعاقة ذهنية. أخذت أنا وإخوتي حصصنا ولكن أخي المعاق بقيت حصته مع المشتري لأننا لم نتمكن من أن يكون أحدنا قيّم أو وصي على أخي المعاق. ما زلت أسكن بالمنزل وأخي المعاق معي. السؤال: هل يحق للمشتري إخراجي من المنزل وحصة أخي المُعاق لم تُقدَّر ولم تُسدّد لصندوق المحكمة؟
