إبلاغ الشركة الموظف بعدم تجديد العقد ثم التراجع عن ذلك

س: أنا موظف بعقد محدد المدة ينتهي بانتهاء مدة العقد أو بانتهاء المشروع، أيهما يسبق الآخر. حُددت في العقد فترة إشعار ٦٠ يومًا إذا لم ترغب الشركة في التجديد، و٩٠ يومًا في حال لم يرغب الموظف في التجديد. أرسل لي من قبل الشركة إشعارًا بعدم التجديد لانتهاء المشروع قبل نهاية العقد بـ ٦٠ يوم. وقعت عليه وأرسلته لهم كما طلبوا. في آخر يوم عمل في العقد، أُبلغت بإصدار إشعار تجديد العقد. أرسلت خطاب عدم رغبتي بالتجديد. هل أتحمل أي أضرار لرفضي التجديد؟ وهل تُصرَف مستحقاتي ومكافأة نهاية الخدمة؟ للعلم لم أخبر الشركة بعدم رغبتي في التجديد لأنهم أعطوني إشعارًا بعدم تجديدهم لعقدي.

فسخ عقد إنشاء فيلا مع مقاول بناء للتأخر ببدء البناء

س: مرحبا لدي عقد مع مقاول لإنشاء فيلا مع المواد عظم بمدينه الخبر. مده العقد 7 أشهر وغرامة في حال التأخير. كان هنالك دفعه أولى 20% من قيمة العقد. مضى أسبوعان ونسبة الإنجاز لا تتجاوز 1% مع العلم أنه لا تأتي العمالة للموقع حيث مضى أسبوعين من العقد وعدد الأيام التي حضر فيها العمالة 3 أيام فقط. هنالك شرط بالعقد أنه يحق لي فسخ العقد في حال كان هنالك بطء في إنجاز المشروع. كيف يمكنني إجباره على فسخ العقد واسترداد الدفعه المقدمه بأسرع وقت؟

Then conditions are that the builder in his share of 50:50 can construct flats and sell. With a GPA fraudulently obtained, 18 months time with a grace period of 6 months to complete and handover fully furnished the flats. In case of delay, a rent of 6000 per month and 3 lakhs refundable deposit are to be paid to each landowner. The builder neither handed over the flats (60% built) nor paying rent or deposit of 3 lakhs. Electricity meters are fixed on our name and we are all paying minimum charges. Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I asked a veterinary clinic to tell me what the names of the last medications I paid for were. The vet had handed them to me in a rush and never billed me, and I had come in on my own to pay. The receipt for which I thought the payment was turned out to be for something completely different. تنازل أحد الشركاء عن حصته في شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة بدون حضور الباقين
