Q: Hi, I had signed MOU to pay for a property, but my bank does not approve the loan. The MOU got expired. Now the owner asks the agent to give him my deposit cheque. In the MOU, it is mentioned that the MOU is valid for 45 days and it is subject to bank approval. If there is any rejection from the bank, this MOU will be null and void. Q: Hello, Can you please help me to know why my Dubai visit visa gets rejected 2 times? In 2018, I was working with a company in Oman. I got some emergency back home but my boss went to the police and made a complaint against me that I fled with money. كيفية تحصيل المستحقات العمالية بعد التنفيذ والحجز بدون فائدة
س: السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، عملت بشركة للنقل والمقاولات بأبوظبي لمدة 14 عامًا. منذ سنة ونصف تركت العمل بسبب تأخُّر ست رواتب ورفعت قضية ضد الشركة وربحتها ووضعت الحكم في التنفيذ. حجزنا عليهم وحررنا طلبات ضبط وإحضار ولكن بدون فائدة. منذ حوالي ثلاثة أشهر حولت المحكمة القضايا إلى قضية جماعية لأكثر من 200 شخص وإلى الآن لم نستفد شيء. الحجوزات موجودة والشركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة وهي تعمل وتأتيها دفعات لكن للأسف الدفعات لا تنزل في حسابات الشركة المعروفة لدى المحكمة. انتهت إقامتي وأنا مخالف ولم أجد عمل منذ أكثر من سنة وضاقت الأحوال. كلما اتصلت بالمحكمة يخبروني أنهم نفذوا الإجراءات ولا توجد أموال في الملف التنفيذي. ماذا بعد كل هذا؟ نحن عالقون بالبلد والشركة لا تبالي! إلى متى الانتظار؟ وشكرًا!
