Can a bank file a case for a bounced cheque in other GCC countries?

Q: Dear sir/madam, I have unpaid debts in the UAE for bounced check + credit card of 150000 AED. This bank filed a criminal (or police) case and most recently, a civil case against me in the UAE. Now, I am trying to get a job in one of the GCC countries to be able to pay for the first payment (50% of the debts, and the others as instalments, since this bank refused any other payment ways). I know that the bank has branches in the GCC countries. Can this bank, at any time he wishes, share my case information with one or all his branches in GCC countries so they can file cases against me there as well? Thanks!

The rent increase is exceeding the rental index. What to do?

Q: Good day everyone! I am looking for some advice. We are renting a bedroom hall for 40000. Our contract will end in November. He sent us a notice informing us that he will increase it to 50000. س: السلام عليكم، هل يحق للبنك في إمارة دبي أن يرفع دعوى جنائية أو مدنية ضد عميل لم يسدد مبالغ الفائدة بل سدد فقط المبالغ التي قدمها البنك أصليًا (مبلغ القرض فقط)؟ منحه البنك بطاقة ائتمانية بحجة أنه "قرض حسن بدون فوائد"، وبعدما استخدم العميل البطاقة الائتمانية بفترة زمنية قصيرة وفجأةً تم إرسال رسالة إلى العميل تفيد بأن هناك مبالغ متراكمة بسبب الفائدة البنكية بقيمة ٤٠٪؜ من القرض الأساس المُقدم إليه. علمًا بأنه تم تزويد العميل بالبطاقة الائتمانية عن طريق البريد السريع لعنوان منزله بدون طلب رسمي من العميل بذلك، بالإضافة إلى أنه لا يوجد أي من المستندات التالية بين البنك والعميل: ١- عقد. ٢- اتفاقية. ٣- شيكات كضمان. ٤- سند أو شريعة أو قبول خطي أو غير خطي أو توثيق يتضمن أي توقيع من الأطراف؛ بمعنى آخر، لا يوجد أي اتفاق على الإطلاق. العميل سدد المبالغ التي استخدمها ورفض دفع مبالغ الفائدة البنكية المضافة سالفة الذكر. الرجاء الإفادة ولكم جزيل الشكر!

Removing a travel ban after paying the fine for a misdemeanor case

Q: Hello people, Once I pay the fine to the court for a misdemeanor case, can I ask the court to remove the travel ban imposed on me? And could it be removed almost immediately? Please explain! I’m not so aware of the UAE’s penal code. Many thanks!

استئناف حكم عمالي بمثابة الحضوري بزعم عدم استلام الحكم الابتدائي

س: السلام عليكم، لدي قضية عمالية حُكم فيها بمثابة الحضوري في 13/04/2022، ومن ثَم أعلنت الخصم بموجب طلب قدمته للمحكمة، وبعد الإعلان تم عمل صيغة تنفيذية والإعلان للمرة الثانية بالتنفيذ في 03/08/2022. تقدّم الخصم بتسجيل دعوى استئناف على الحكم الابتدائي بزعم عدم استلام الحكم الابتدائي بالرغم من أن الإعلان كان بنفس طريقة إعلانه بالصيغة التنفيذية. رجاء الإفادة عن مدى قانونية دعوى الاستئناف!
