There is no need to pay the balance amount of a loan after 7 years. Is that right?
Q: Greetings! I would like to ask for legal advice. I started to take a loan in 2015 for 4 years, but during that period, I contacted the bank to make a restructuring. I continue paying to this date. Next year will be the 8th year. Is there a law that says after 7 years, no need to pay the balance amount? Am I still bound for a fine? Will my bank loan not appear in the credit bureau? Refusal of the one-month notice period upon resignation. What to do?
Q: Dear sir/ma`am, My employment contract ended on Nov 18, 2022. After the contract expiry, I sent a letter to my company that I will not renew my contract but they didn`t agree to my non-renewal advice and told me that they can`t release me until mid of January 2023. Husband's behavior is unacceptable. What to do?
Q: Good day, I have a complex situation here. My husband and I recently moved into an apartment. I am concerned about our DEWA bill hence I asked him for the details so I can check the details online. He let me use his PC to check his e-mail and found some Talabat food orders in a specific spa. Turned out that my husband has been going to massage with happy endings as he confessed all. When I threatened him with divorce as it is really unacceptable, he turned the table against me saying that he will tell the court that I invaded his privacy. Wrongfully accused of assault. How to prove innocence?
Q: Greetings, In 2018, I was wrongfully accused of assault. My colleague got into a fight with a local man outside of a restaurant. I never got involved but was somehow accused of assaulting this person. When I spoke to the prosecutor, I mentioned that there were several CCTV cameras that would prove that I never assaulted anybody but was told that "the CCTV cameras weren`t working on that day". I was jailed for 20 Days, released on bail, and left the UAE without going to court in fear for my life. I recently requested my records which indicate an arrest warrant, 20,000 AED fine, 2 months in Jail, and a deportation order. I understand that the best way to have this settled is to file an appeal and appear before the judge. My biggest concern is what happens once I arrive in the UAE for the appeal. Will I be arrested and jailed again and potentially in a worse situation than before? I really would like to finally get this properly resolved so if anyone has any suggestions, I would love some advice. Thanks!

Q: The court issued a preliminary judgment to involve the expert in the reports. However, based on preliminary judgment documents I submitted my request for labor to cancel my labor card from the company.
