What can I do if a company hired me then changed their mind?

Q: I am working in a company and their management is the worst. They made an interview in India and called me. After calling me here, they again made interviews and made me work for 1 month. And now, they`re telling me I am not capable of work and they are mentally torturing me. I have given them 1.5 lack in office in India and here they are not paying me any salary. I am going into depression as I am not getting any solutions. The only solution coming to my mind is a suicide, I don’t have any other options left. I have taken money in interest and people are daily coming to my house for money. Please guide me in a proper way on what I can do.

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I recently purchased a studio flat in Dubai that was previously tenanted under a Tenancy Contract from November 2022 to November 2023. However, there is no registered Ejari to establish a tenant-landlord relationship in the Dubai Government record. The previous landlord had given the tenant a year`s notice to vacate the flat, which was given six months ago. Now that I have purchased the flat, I have asked the tenant to replace the cheques, but she has refused to cooperate. Can you please advise me on whether I am obligated to continue the Tenancy Agreement signed by the previous owner, given the absence of an Ejari? Alternatively, when can I tell her to vacate the flat, or do I have to wait until November 2023? Secondly, I would like to know if I need to serve the tenant with an eviction notice again to vacate the flat. We have disputed these charges, but the management responded by saying that they do not have a dispute team and we are required to pay the full amount. We had requested them to inform us during the inspection, but they failed to notify us and conducted the inspection without our knowledge.

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I need some advice. I had a credit card that I cleared when I learned about the acquisition of the bank by another one. After settling all my dues, I kept the card at home and stopped using it. However, I experienced a fraudulent transaction on my card, amounting to close to 32,000 AED. When I received a message from the bank with an OTP, knowing that I did not initiate the transaction, I immediately called the bank to block the card. They asked me to file a dispute, which I did, and they assured me that the transaction would be stopped since the card was blocked. Unfortunately, two days later, on October 19, 2020, the money was deducted from my account. After the acquisition, the bank advised me to fill out the dispute forms again and file a police report, which I did. I have kept all records from day one until now, which has been almost 2.5 years. However, the bank is now sending me an email about imposing a travel ban and a civil case.
