Passing off

A common law tort that prevents one person from misrepresenting his or her goods or services as being the goods or services of the claimant, and also prevents one person from holding out his or her goods or services as having some association or connection with the claimant when it is not true. التصرف القانوني في حال الخلاف بين الورثة حول قسمة عقار

س: تحية لكم أسرة الموقع القانوني. أرجو منكم توضيح ماذا أفعل بخصوص بيت بناه المرحوم والدي في أرض موروثة عن جدنا. ليس هناك شهادة ملكية لكل وريث ولكن هناك اتفاق بين الورثة على تقسيم الحصص. الآن أولاد عمي المتوفي أيضاً يقولون أن بيتنا مبني في حصتهم العقارية ولكن ليس هناك اتفاق لتوزيع الميراث أي تحديد لموقع أرض كل وريث لكن فقط حصة كل وريث. كيف يمكن التصرف مع هذه القضية؟
