هل يحق لمكتب تأجير سيارات رفع قضية خيانة أمانة علي في حال التأخر بالسداد؟
س: السلام عليكم أنا كنت مستأجر سيارة لأكثر من سنة من مكتب تأجير سيارات وتأخرت في السداد تقريباً شهرين ونصف وتواصلت مع المكتب لأسدد جزء من المبلغ وأكمل الباقي بعد بضعة أيام. رفض المكتب الموضوع بأن أسدد جزء من المبلغ. في اليوم التالي ذهبت للمخفر وأجريت إثبات حالة واستلم المكتب السيارة في المخفر. هل يحقق لمكتب السيارات رفع قضية خيانة أمانة علي كما يقول لي صاحب المكتب مع العلم أنني لم أسدد المبلغ إلى الآن؟ Questions & Answers
