Q: I have a house in Dubai that is on my name, as per the title deed. There is also a mortgage. I want to sell the property but my wife who is a resident here threatens me that if I try to do it she will apply to the court for a divorce and it would block the selling process for a longer time. How to make debt settlement with the bank after finding a new job
Q: I lost my job last year because of the pandemic. I took a 3-month visit visa 2 times in hope of getting a job. But I ran out of funds and overstayed, as of the moment my fines are AED 7100 now. I do have a credit card and personal loan and defaulted on my payments. As per the bank, they already filed a case against me. I am still waiting for a call from the Police. A few days ago, I got a job offer. They told me to settle my issues before they process my work permit. I am afraid they will not wait for me if my issues are not resolved soon. What can a mother of a newborn do against harassment by husband and in-laws
Q: Can a husband throw his wife and her belongings out of the house? The wife is a nursing mother and the husband and in-laws continually harass her about not eating well enough to produce milk for baby (even though breastfeeding is all going ok). They keep threatening her to go back to her parents if she is not able to breastfeed her baby. Also at the same time, they don`t want to allow her to visit her parents.
