What is expected to happen after winning a commercial case for debt recovery?

Q: I have filed a commercial case for debt recovery against the defendant company in Dubai. I have won the case in my favor. The defendant company`s eventual owner and the managing director are Indian ex-pats based in Dubai since more than 30 years. He is currently in Dubai and I strongly know and believe that he cannot run or leave Dubai in the immediate to long term so he will have to face the execution filed against him. What is expected to happen (what will be each stage) after we file for execution and the expected timeline I will expect in due course before I can finally recover our funds Please anyone can guide me in detail and in full explanations. Thank you!

Reasonable wear and tear

Commonly used in leases to limit the tenant’s responsibility (and therefore liability to repair and redecorate) upon leaving the premises. It is subjective but the considerations include the length of time of the tenancy (the longer the tenancy the more wear and tear can be expected), the lack of unusual damage such as a hole in the wall or a broken window, and the condition of the premises when the tenant moved in (usually evidenced by a schedule of condition).

How to know if the profit percentage is good in business partnership?

Q: Someone offered me a partnership in a business. They will capitalize and finance the business while for me I will run it for them, 3 investors. They will give me 10% of the yearly profit, is this a good percentage? Then as for me to survive on a daily basis, they will give me AED 5000/monthly and this amount will be deducted from the yearly profit, it`s like an advance payment from the yearly profit. is this a good offer? Hoping for some enlightenment.

How to get the security deposit from landlord after finishing all proceedings?

Q: The landlord has not returned my security deposit worth AED 5000. I filed a case and have judicial announcements that the landlord should return deposit+expenses. But still no response. The landlord is out of the UAE and his property is handled by the agent. Not sure how to get my money back while I followed all procedures, even filed an execution case but no response. While I keep paying to follow up on the case, the property is rented out to the next tenant and earning money. I feel like this system is created like this on purpose.
