Q: Hi Sir/ Ma`am, This is A. I work in a beauty salon in Dubai as a beautician since 2020 and my visa will expire on 15 January 2023. How to cancel a trade license when the agent asks for money?
Q: Hi there, I made a trade license in Ajman. It was issued on 12 February 2020 and then the next month lockdown happened. I couldn`t do any business and I lost all my savings for paying rent and expenses. I couldn’t renew my license. Q: Dear sir/madam, My father recently passed away in India and we would like to obtain a succession certificate in order to have his funds released from a Dubai-based bank. My mother and my 2 siblings are UK nationals living in the UK. I am aware that we need to provide our passport copies, a certified death certificate (UAE Embassy in India), and two male witnesses to confirm our family members. My questions are the following: 1. Can you get a PCC if you leave the UAE with an unpaid loan and another closed case?
Q: I need help getting a PCC for my uncle who needs it for visa/immigration to the UK. He used to live in Dubai but left in 2015 and never went back. He did not finish paying a loan he had when he left. He had also been jailed in Dubai for a month after a drunken fight for which he paid the penalty charge before release. How to claim your labor dues after getting a judgment in your favor
Q: Hi, I filed a case against my company for not paying my settlement dues in spite of waiting for 5 months after my termination. The labor court has decided in its judgment on a claim amount of DHS 20000 as my settlement dues. The company did not bother to either receive any call from MOHRE and subsequently did not attend the remote hearing in the courts as well. Now, my question is that if the claim amount is 20,000 Dhs as decided by the court, what is the procedure to notify the company about this judgment? Will the court notify the company of its judgment or is there any other process to be followed by me to do the same? Secondly, as I understand, the company cannot appeal the judgment if the claim amount is below 20,000 Dhs. In such a scenario, if there`s no appeal, what`s the timeframe within which the company adheres to this ruling by the court to pay off the dues? And can they explore the option of paying the dues in installments to delay further?Nov 22, 2022
