Q: Hi there, I have received a signed contract from a company in Dubai, along with a job offer and a ministry job contract. I used to work as a freelance employee for the same company in Dubai in 2021. However, just after I received my visa approval, the hiring manager informed me that there was no work available for me. I suspect this was due to issues between the manager and myself. I would like to know if there is any legal action that I can take against the employer for failing to honor the contract.

Blacklisted in Dubai: How to lift the travel ban to get an employment visa?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I am currently in Dubai on a visit visa and have been searching for a job for the past eight months. Recently, I found out that a bank has filed a civil case against me due to a bounced check, which has resulted in a travel ban and blacklisting. Because of the blacklisting, I am unable to obtain an employment visa, and this is not helping both myself and the bank in terms of repaying the outstanding amount. Q: I received a legal notice as I owed money to a friend. During corona, and for the last 2 years, I don`t have a stable job, not receiving a salary on time.
