Q: Dear Sir/Madam, Is there any place to complain about a free zone company for not paying the dues after taking services and products? Also, they are not responding to any mail and not giving any appointments to meet the higher management and discuss the same.

س: السلام عليكم حدثت معي مشاجرة قبل ثلاثة أيام وقام ثلاثة أشخاص بالتهجم علي بعد ملاسنة بيننا كونهم كانو يغلقون الشارع بسيارتهم. وقاموا بعدها بضربي على منطقة الرأس من الخلف وإحداث شعر بالجمجمة وطعني بالة حادة بمنطقة الورك أسفل الخاصرة. وعلى إثرها أحضرت تقرير طبي قضائي يفيد بتعرضي لجرح قطعي في اللية بطول 1 سم وجرح قطعي بالوجه ناتج عن الأظافر بالاضافة لكدمات بالرأس والوجه وتم دخولي لمستشفى الأمير حمزة الحكومي لمدة يومين واستحصلت على تقرير طبي قضائي ثاني يفيد بأنني بحالة متوسطة وأدخلت للمتابعة والعلاج. بالاضافة إلى أنهم قاموا بتكسير سيارتي وإحداث طعج بالتندة مع كسر الزجاج الأمامي كما أنني أخبرتهم في إفادتي بالمركز الأمني بأنني فقدت مبلغ مالي من جيبي أثناء المشاجرة. بالاضافة لكون الاشخاص بحالة سكر شديد علما بأنه بعد التدقيق على الأشخاص تبين أنهم من أصحاب القيود ومفروض بحقهم إقامة جبرية. وهنا سؤالي بعد التفاصيل التي ذكرتها ماهو الحكم المتوقع بحقهم وهل تعتبر القضية إيذاء أم شروع؟ وتفضلو بقبول فائق الاحترام
