Checking status for resigning while on vacation with a pending loan
Q: Hi, I hope you can help me with this. Last November 2016 I went on vacation for a month but my father got sick and I didn`t come back. I sent a resignation letter to my manager but never heard a reply from him. My visa expired last March 2017. Now, I am planning to be back in Dubai. How can I check if there is any police case that was filed against me because I have left a loan from my company? I have no longer contact with them.

Liabilities toward the holder of a power of attorney
Q: I have been appointed as a POA holder by the boss/owner of my company to act on his behalf. He told us that he would help us in all the financial aid from USA (where he is residing) and we just need to run the operations here in the UAE. Claiming outstanding salaries and entitlements for arbitrary dismissal
Q: Hi I need to ask for a solution to my problem where I was appointed by the managing director and partner of the company. I worked for 1 year in a company with their visa, after that they transferred me to another saying it`s our company as the manager and partner of this company was also the same as my original company. I worked there for another year but the salaries became irregular after a few months. My salary from the beginning was paid by the same manager and partner along with the other company expenses. I don`t know what was agreed between the 2 partners and the sponsor. When my salaries stopped for 5 months I stopped going to office as the manager was not responding. I consulted the other partner and sponsor that I have not been paid and I will complain in MOL. But they stopped from doing so and tried to settle with me by paying only 20% of my final settlement which I didn`t accept. I have proofs of all the communications that I worked for both the companies. Now, my manger is not showing and partners disagree. Advise.

Q: We are a reputed multi-speciality hospital in Abu Dhabi. Our hospital invited bids for a yearly contract to provide medical services. We got several bids from various companies. During the evaluation process, we found that a company for Medical Supplies in Abu Dhabi does not have the proper license to practice this business or to provide these services. Their license is fake, the services not listed and this company is practising the business activities without a proper medical license. Our evaluation team requested their Chairman & Director to provide us with the business license copy, but they denied to do this. The company is playing with the life of the innocent people by committing this crime. How do we file a complaint regarding this? And also, how about filing a case against those who are working with the company?
