Getting a new employment visa after leaving without cancellation
Q: Hello Sir, I was working for a free zone based company in Dubai for 2 years and 6 months. Then I went on vacation in 2017 March (my visa expired in Oct 2017) and I didn`t come back to the UAE. Sir, now I came to the UAE on a visit visa. Is it possible to get a new employment visa or there`s a ban on the new employment visa?

Actions against false charges of Etisalat utility bills
Q: Hi I have a due amount of Etisalat post-paid bill of AED 300 for the month of March. I went to India for some urgent work. When I came after 30 days, the bill was AED 600. They charge me some services also. I asked them to cancel the connection, and they said it will be a charge of AED 150. I was not under any contract. They didn`t inform me and stopped my incoming and outgoing, and continued to charge me every month and the bill became 1600 till today. I filed a complaint in Etisalat also that I want to settle down the bill, but I will only pay for the amount which I had used. I will not pay for the additional charges they are putting illegally. Now, I received a call from Tashil and a message that my credit score rating is being impacted. I told them I want to pay but for the amount which I used, not any kind of false charges. What effects can it make on my credit bureau as it`s almost 15 days and I didn`t receive any single follow up from Etisalat? Actions

Paying the fees of expert appointment in the UAE courts
Q: Hi, I have a labour case in Sharjah Court against my employer. The judge said that my case has been transferred to the "expert service" in the last hearing and I have to pay AED 4000 for that. The next hearing date has been appointed on 25.11.18 and 25.12.18. I am kindly asking you to clarify: 1) What does it mean "labour case transferred to the expert service"? 2) Should I pay AED 4000 for "expert service" if it`s optional? As the secretary of the judge explained to me that I can ask the judge not to pay (I do not have money) or partial payment. 3) Can I refund the total amount of "expert service" fee, if I win the case? 4) Will the payment of "expert service" fee affect the court decision or end date?Nov 17, 2018

The penalty and clearance of a bounced rental cheque
Q: Good evening Sir, I have a rental cheque of amount 30k bounced by my landlord due to insufficient funds. I lost my job and had to come back to my country. Now, I have a new job opening in Dubai. When I checked the immigration system, it showed that I have a case against me for the same amount of AED 30k. How would I be able to come back to Dubai as they will stop me at the airport? Q: I work for Etihad Airways. There are many terminations of jobs coming up and a lot of cabin crew members have loans. Q: Hi Sir, I have a debt with a bank related to two bank loans and two credit cards. The debt total amount is around 300k. Q: Dear Sir/Madam Can a bank file a civil case after filing a criminal case? The criminal case has been lifted by paying fine at the police station.
