فتح الشركة بلاغ هروب ضد موظف رغم علمها بمكان إقامته

س: السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، أستاذ محمد بخيت، لدي استفسار يتعلق ببلاغ هروب؛ حيث تقدمت بالاستقالة لشركة في دبي في شهر ٩ عام ٢٠١٩ وأعطتني الشركة مهلة لنهاية سنة ٢٠١٩ لتحويل إقامتي إلى كفيل آخر. لم أحصل على وظيفة ولم أستطع نقل الكفالة. قامت الشركة بفتح بلاغ هروب ضدي في شهر ٢ سنة ٢٠٢٠. كيف يمكنني إلغاء بلاغ الهروب؟

Possibility of filing multiple cases for the same bounced cheque

Q: I was issued a travel ban due to non-payment of my loan when I lost my job. I was able to clear the ban after paying the fine in Dubai Courts. The collector called me and said that they will file another travel ban in a different emirate if I didn`t settle my debt. Is this possible? Can the cheque be used multiple times to file another ban? And if I have a travel ban in Abu Dhabi, wouldn`t I be able to travel even if I am in Dubai?

Q: Hello good Sir and Ma`am, We have a police case and a travel ban. Is there any way to lift the travel ban so we can travel home and return back with my family? س: السلام عليكم ورحمة الله، فتحت بلاغ ضد شخص منذ 3 سنين بشرطة دبي بشيك قيمته 850 ألف درهم إماراتي وهذا الشخص مسجون في أبوظبي وإلى الآن لم يتم التحقيق معه. هل يمكن أن أطلب تحويل الملف للقاضي ليحكم عليه غيابيًا؟ وهل من الأفضل أن أحول القضية للمحكمة المدنية حيث يتوجب عليّ دفع رسوم كثيرة؟ هل هناك حل لتأجيل الرسوم لوقت الانتهاء من الحكم المدني؟ أرجو منكم إفادتي بأفضل حل أضمن به حقي علمًا بأن الشخص باقي عليه حكم 4 سنين.

Q: Can you help, please? I live in the UK. A £125k debenture that I had with a Family Office based in Dubai was not repaid to me on the due date of 31 July 2019. After numerous broken promises to repay my capital, I eventually signed a Settlement Agreement providing repayment over 10 months commencing in January 2020. The first payment was not made on the due date and the Family Office blamed the banking system. The payment eventually arrived today, some 10 days after the due date. I am concerned that the Settlement Agreement has already been broken, and that I may experience problems with future payments. I believe that as the Settlement Agreement has been broken, I may be able to recover the full outstanding amount of £120k. Can you assist me, please?

Q: I have a cheque of 400K dated 1 Apr 2018. May I know if it is still valid to file a cheque bounce case as the issuer kept delaying money? I knew that banks cannot accept it after 6 months, is that true?
