Can I return back to the UAE after leaving for credit card and overstay?
Q: Hi, My name is A. I was working in Dubai since 2013 and I lost my job in April 2019. I cancelled my residence visa and took a visit visa for one month. But due to some credit card case, I was not able to renew the visa and I overstayed 6 months. I had to exit the UAE on 26th November 2019 without a pass. Can you please let me know what is the possibility to be back in the UAE and apply for a residence visa?

Legal status of a company general manager if the owner fled for debts
Q: Dear Sir, I had a General Manager visa from an FZE company in Hamriyah Free Zone. In 2011, the owner of the company fled the UAE due to financial issues. I was not in the UAE at that time as I used to travel once every 6 months only. When I got the news that the owner fled the country, I did not travel on that visa and let the visa expire. I have not been to the UAE after that. I want to come back to the UAE to start a business but I do not know if have an immigration ban or blacklist since my employer fled the country. Q: One of our employees has filed a labour case against our company in the absence of the owner. The owner is in India since March and at present, he is tested corona positive. How to settle a bank debt in the UAE to return on employment visa
Q: Hello there, Need urgent advice, please. I have defaulted on my credit card in Dubai for AED 250K almost since 2019. I`m out of the country since then. The right to claim money from salon after bad hair treatment
Q: I had a keratin treatment on December 31 and after a day I complained as they have damaged my hair. They advised me to blow dry my hair every after the shower. I tried it for a few days until I got tired and it isn`t supposed to be this way, so I went back to the salon and talked to the owner. She claimed that it`s their mistake and advised me to give my hair a rest for 2 weeks so they can do the same treatment again. I agreed. However, I am hesitant that my hair might be more damaged as it is already brittle and crumbled. It`s totally destroyed. I have another week to do the same procedure again.
