How to cancel the visa to get a job offer while labor dues are pending?

Q: Hello Sir, I have been working in a company for 17 years and lost my job in July 2021. My visa is till Dec 2021. Till now, I have not received my settlement. I am getting only promises that it will be settled shortly. I haven`t canceled my visa yet. Last four months, I am somehow surviving with my family. Last week, I have got a job offer, but if I cancel my visa in my previous company, I am signing that I have received all my dues. Please advise, what can be done? a) Even if I sign that I have received my dues, and cancel my visa, can I legally claim my settlement? b) If I don`t cancel my visa before by expiry of the visa, what happens? c) My family visa is on me and their visa is till June 2022. Q: I am a French Morrocan Muslim woman. I got married to a Jordanian man in Dubai at the court; Islamic wedding. We moved to Jordan. We had then 3 kids. We got separated. Two years and a half later, I had no news nor any financial help whatsoever. I asked for a divorce from France. The judgment is soon. I don’t know if he divorced me. I am moving soon to the UAE with my kids and my new fiancé. Am I safe to go live in the UAE? Can my ex-husband ask for the custody of the kids or did he lose it forever? The tenant did not send an eviction notice as per the contract. What to do?

Q: Hi, The tenant in my apartment did not give the 3 month-written notice as per the contract. The contract expired 01/10 and he called me on 28/09 to say that he wants to leave! I didn`t take the keys and sent an official court warning to pay the penalty and the rent as I did not take the apartment keys even although the contract expired. After one month, no news came from the tenant! The next step is opening a case. What is the best strategy to make sure he pays my rights? Thanks!

Q: Hi, I would like to inquire what are the claims and remedies can I have for the following situation: 1. Delivery date as per the agreement was 110 days, however, it`s about 9 months now and the delivery is not done. 2. Website and mobile app developer states that they cannot deliver all the scope that is agreed in the contract (they informed me after 8 months). 3. They threaten to stop the website development if I don`t pay the second payment (we pay what they demand although they have not delivered anything yet). 4. The website and app developer promised to deliver the project as per the scope and timeline and advised that I cancel the contract with my previous developer (I cancelled the contract with my previous developer because of this promise). 6. The developer did not allocate dedicated staff for the project although our contract states that they will allocate resources and skilled staff to finish.
