س: السلام عليكم، لو سمحت موجود بند في عقد العمل ينص على العمل ٦ أشهر تحت التجربة. اشتغلت شهر ونصف وتم فصلي بدون إنذار، وفي بنود العقد مَن يفسخ العقد لازم ينذر قبلها بشهر. هل يحق لي بدل إنذار شهر أو ١٤ يومًا؟ وسؤال آخر: أنا دوامي ٨ ساعات وخلال هذه المدة كنت أعمل ١٠ ساعات. إذا أردت أن أحسب العمل الإضافي. راتب الساعة +25%. صحيح هذا الكلام؟ وشكرًا!

Staying in a property when the landlord does not commit to the eviction notice
Q: Dear sir/madam, I am a tenant. I renewed my tenancy contract on Sept 30, 2021. Then on December 30, 2021, I received an eviction notice from the landlord asking me to vacate at the end of my tenancy contract on Sept 30, 2022. How can I reach a settlement with my debtor to pay the installments?
Q: I have a judgment against me in Dubai Courts and I don`t have the money to pay. I shall pay it in 5 or 6 installments. How to request this in court? And whom and when should I approach for the same? I already tried with my creditor and he refused. He is proceeding with the execution formalities to block my bank accounts and RTA files. If the bank accounts are blocked I shall be stuck with all my operation so that my receivables also will be uncollectible.

Claiming fees from a sub-agent based on a verbal agreement and Whatsapp transactions
Q: Hello Sirs, I have a travel agency based in Abu Dhabi and I have a sub-agent (travel agency) who failed to pay me the visas issued under their responsibility. We only have a verbal agreement and WhatsApp transactions. We agreed that she`ll pay after every 5 days for each visa Issued. 15 days lapsed and still, she doesn`t want to pay and says their clients did not pay yet. It seems that they are putting the burden of their client’s non-payment on us, which should not be the case. She doesn`t pick up our calls or messages and she gets furious whenever we ask for payment. Each day is a grace period it seems. Please advise if there’s any way I can demand the amount from them and force them to pay us as soon as possible. Will I be entitled to my air ticket upon resignation if it is not mentioned in my contract?
Q: Hi, I have a concern regarding my contract. I have an unlimited contract and I`m on my 2 years now in the company. So, I`m planning to resign because I want to go back to my country for good now. And so, I just realized now that in my contract there are no written leave and ticket incentives after 2 years. Is the manager of an LLC company liable for dishonored cheques?
Q: In 2020, I was the manager of a company that had an office in a free zone in Dubai. At the time, the partners did not have bank accounts/cheques in Dubai, and to make payments, 4 cheques from a third person were provided, who in addition to the 4 cheques, also provided an undertaking letter attached to the lease agreement. We carefully pay this person the amount related to the lease, as well as the value of all cheques. However, this person did not honor the payment of the last cheque. Now the free zone has opened a case against the company for the non-payment of rent. My question is, will the company be held responsible? If the company is held liable, am I as a manager liable in some way? And will I be responsible for paying this personally? The company no longer exists and I am the only partner who still lives here, in addition to having been the general manager.
