Who should pay the overstay fine when the employment visa issuance is delayed?
Q: Hello, I signed a contract on October 25th, 2022, and was informed that my visa is processing. So I paid for a 30-day visa. But it took my company more than 30 days to process my visa and I am now overstayed and have an abscond fee. The HR told me that I have to pay myself. Please help! What are my options? I don`t have the resources to pay for all of it.

If not "interest", can there be an agreed fixed sum that the company will pay the shareholder specifically for providing this short-term "loan" to meet the company`s working capital requirements? I want to file a complaint against a semi-government company online regarding the EoSB and salary issue, but I am not able to find the platform to file a complaint. I have checked with MOHRE & FAHR. How to refund my money from an immigration agency for breach?
Q: Hi all, An immigration consultancy cheated me in the UAE. They told me that within 6 months I would be in Canada with my family, and for that, they charged me AED 13800. Eight years have gone and there are no results, and they neither answer my phone nor return my money. Now I saw in the contract that they gave me to sign that all payments made are non-refundable. They have committed fraud, they did not provide any service to me nor they informed me that the payment that I made is nonrefundable. They first took the money then they gave me the contract to sign.
