How can I oblige the landlord and building management to do maintenance for leakage?

What are my options to take legal action against my apartment building for not fixing the constant issues that I am facing in my bathroom?

For over 2 months now, I have been fighting with them to get more hot water and to stop leaks in my bathroom that are caused by a bad water heater.

The building management has not been able to fix these issues and is now telling me to find my own technician and pay for another water heater. I know this is illegal.

Send them a legal notice then open a case for harmful issues.

You can notify the landlord and the service agent legally through the notary public as a legal notice to quickly repair the damage and perform the necessary maintenance.

And in case of refusal, you can submit a maintenance quote and file a lawsuit against them to claim maintenance work and compensation for the damages caused to your apartment.

A police report or a municipality report of damage is required.
