Clearing the case of a bounced guarantee cheque after payment
Q: I gave a guarantee cheque for one person. He filed a civil lawsuit against me, but I went to his office one year ago and paid the full amount with cash, in his office. Q: My employer has filed an appeal to the Dubai Court decision on our labor case where they did not show up by submitting a backdated termination letter showing termination before the filing of the labor case. I have the pic of actual termination letter which I was asked to sign after the labor case. Medical negligence
Q: I went to a hospital to have a medical check-up as I had a weird feeling, they ran the tests and they told me that I am fine and nothing is wrong and that I am cancer free. A year later, I went to the same hospital as I have been informed by another hospital that I may have breast cancer, they ran the tests again and they said it is a benign tumor. However, when I traveled back to the US and had another check-up I was informed that the tumor is malignant. I had to go through surgery and chemotherapy and be absent from work for a long time to get the treatment. I was also informed that if I had known about it the first time I was diagnosed, there would have been a better chance to cure it at early stages. Termination of limited labour contract by the employer
Q: Salam! I have a Limited Labor Contract with LLC company in Dubai till 01.05.17 as a Project Manager. The salary that is stated in my labor contract is much less than I agreed with CFO to work for. Never was paid in full as per our "Gentleman`s Agreement". After I raised this matter to CFO of the company they urgently want to terminate my contract. There was no Letters nor Warnings!
