Q: Good Morning, I am willing to import goods and accessories from China for a gift and toy shop. There are offices in China for Jordanian and Arab agents whose job is to handle such deals for those who don`t know the Chinese market very well and organize the shipment and method of payment, against a commission for themselves. Checking a court case for defaulting on bank loan instalments
Q: I got a personal loan from a bank for five years, then I received a job offer from the Gulf. I travelled and continued paying my instalments from there, but five months ago, the company terminated me as a part of their budget reduction and I couldn`t pay anymore, but still looking for a job. In addition, I submitted a case against my company to claim my unpaid salaries and benefits upon termination, and I may not be able to resume my payments before I find a job or get my money from the company. I want to know if I have a case filed against me. I contacted the bank when I missed the first instalment and told them, and they said that they will impose a late-payment fine for the first three months, and after that, all the instalments will be due.Jan 11, 2018

Status of the employee at the end of a limited labour contract
Q: Dear Ma`am, My limited contract expired on the 22nd of November 2017, and my visa will expire on the 20th of January 2018. Is it possible for the employer to give me a non-renewal at this stage i.e. on 10th of January 2018? They have not renewed my contract to date. Q: We started a company in 2011 in JLT Dubai with X and Y as shareholders registered in the Memorandum of Association "MoA". Q: Respected Sir/ Madam, My name is Rehna PG, living in Kuwait with my cousin. My husband divorced me and married another woman 7 months back. He was working in Dubai during 2004- 2008 time, and in 2008 he lost his job and came back to India with me. He got many credit card and loan liabilities and did not settle all those liabilities till now yet. I have two kids. I got a job in Dubai now and need to work there for a living. Q: I am working in the HR department in one of the private companies for the last 12 years. Last week I received a redundancy letter from the HR manager terminating me for reducing people.
