Travel ban clearance after paying fine for bounced cheque
Q: Hi Sir, My credit card cheque was bounced and I got in jail and paid the fine after the public prosecution hearing, but they did not give me a clearance. They just let me out in the jail. I would like to ask if I have a travel ban. The bank keeps sending me and for the 8th time that my cheque was bounced again. Is it also possible that they can repeatedly bounce my cheque? They also threatened me that they will file a civil case a week after the other case was finished.

Sale of a property and completing the transactions of transfer
Q: Can the following transaction(s) be done amongst the buyer/seller through the developer and Dubai Land Department in ONE ( 1 ) DAY? 1- Balance payment paid to the developer against the property. 2- NOC charges paid to the developer for property registration in Dubai Land Department. 3- PoA sold the same property to a new buyer on the same date. 4- Developer issued property registration letter to Dubai Land Department in favour of the new buyer. 5- New buyer paid Oqood, ERES, property registration charges on the same date. 6- Intial contract of sale issued to the new buyer by Dubai Land Department on the same date. 7- Transfer of ownership of the same property done by Dubai Land Department from legal heirs of the deceased to the new buyer on the same date. 8- Property Registration Letter of depicting that the deceased legal heirs sold it on the same date. 9- Passport of the Attorney was expired ( so how come these transactions can be honored legally as per Dubai real estate laws )?

Visa renewal while the passport is in custody of police
Q: Hello I have an issue with my sister`s boyfriend (Emirati man). My nationality is Croatian. My sister stays pregnant with him in a non-marriage relationship. He rejects her and he stops any contact with her. One time I called him to ask why he does that. After few days, the police called me and told me how he opened a case against me. He told the police I want to kill him through the mafia. I spent 3 nights in custody, I spoke with the public prosecutor, with a judge. The maximum limit of working hours allowed by the law in Cyprus
Q: Hello, I work on a river ship in European waters under Cyprus contract. The daily working hours are not mentioned In the contract. Just that they can be extended with overtime allowed by the Cyprus labour law. In fact, my colleagues and I work every day around 12 to 14 hours without a weekly day off. In the same time, my manager gives me to sign work time sheet with only 8 hours per day. I don`t think this is allowed and maybe I do mistake with signing this fake document.

The legal proceedings against a real estate brokerage company
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I have been a victim of a scam by a non-regulated brokerage company (As I discovered later) located in Tehran. I have an MOU for apartment reservation and paid a downpayment of 10%, and we didn`t get any progress after 6 months. The only progress is asking for more money otherwise they will cancel the MOU and keep the paid money. I don`t know what to do now! Please give your advice, do I go to the court?
